Last Word gives you a daily puzzle: a hidden word revealed through escalating clues, which you try to solve in fewer clues (and faster) than frontier AI models. We also offer past puzzles (archive) and a practice mode. Puzzles and clues are provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules or disrupts the service.
How we handle gameplay data is described in our Privacy Policy. Inclusion of your anonymous gameplay in our aggregated research dataset is optional and based on your consent, which you can change at any time.
The puzzles, clues, name, and design of Last Word are owned by us. You may share your results, but the underlying content remains ours.
Last Word is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that a given puzzle is beatable. AI opponents' results are generated by third-party models and provided for interest, not as fact.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Last Word.
We may update these terms; continued play means you accept the updated version. We'll revise the date above.
